That guy is amazingly skilled.

I used to do semi professional downhill mountain biking and we used to get some cuts and bruises and a few broken bones but I can not even imagine all the accidents he's had to get those skills.

Respect to him.

Absulotely Steven. A work colleague said pretty much the same thing about the "learning curve". He and his brother are VERY into bikes. The brother owns a shop, Pedalpower, in the Livingston area and also runs a team in national events.

I used to be sponsored by Scott and later Specialised but lots of broken bones (20+ at the last count) and the fact that I learned about girls stopped me. girls and broken bones don't mix. ;)
I later broke some bones in my back and I havn't been cycling since. I still have a very nice bike I recently bought as a motivator to get going again but I'll never do downhilling again.

Sounds like the intervention of girls was timely for you;). I've never been one for the extreme stuff although I loved "playing" at the local bings when I was younger. I now cycle part way to and from work and that's extreme enough for me. Mainly cycle path but partially Edinburgh city centre roads. Scary enough for me!!:getmecoat: My workmate keeps threatening to take me to Glentress for a jaunt but so far I've managed to avoid it..........:o
