No, it will be a connection issue either at the bulb holder or the plug connector

If you want to double check, try the opposite side lamp housing connected to the side that is giving you issues

Bets way is to remove the carpet and dry it out of the car, if you leave it wet you risk damaging...

Correct Cliff, the best way is to clean the plenum, rod the drains then fit one of Jules' plenum guards or put some foam in each side of the plenum to stop debris entering the drains.
