The SRS has its own ecu so a code reader would...

The SRS has its own ecu so a code reader would point you in the right direction. After fitting the replacement coupler any active codes should move to historic and the light extinguish on its own....

There are some checks that are set in stone and others are quick visual checks. The MOT is the minimum standard of road worthiness at that point and doesnít mean a car that has passed is a good car....
