Yes just fitted one to my 1.8T, good bit of kit, but you have to mod the rear bumper and fit the ZT bumper tail pipe trim like I have or remove the exhaust tail pipe trims and fit down pipe trims.

Just emailed Mark. For info the cost of the remap is £239 and should achieve 200bhp, E10 petrol will not effect the running of the engine. This can be done by taking them the car or by a posted ecu.

Long term, ditch the condom and replace with a suitable size O ring in the cap. Change the fluid at least every two years (I use Gunson's Eezi Bleed). I'm sure it pays dividend's for seal life.

As above for item 4, and yes item 14 is the lower spring isolator, which you have listed twice, it's just a piece of rubber that goes round the last coil of the spring, I used the old ones.

Yes 5mm is the tapping drill size for standard 6mm thread. Tip, if you're tapping into something hard, drill the 5mm hole then just offer your 13/64 in a couple of mm to help start the taper tap.
