Outside temp 45f today. (Raining at the time). From getting in my car, starting the engine, turning on my FBH (I have a remote) my heater started producing warm air when I got stopped at the 3rd set of traffic lights. Approx distance a mile, approx time taken 3 maybe 4 mins?
I don't think that's bad.. My ZX takes longer...

Not sure, but I think the water cooling was limited to either the autos or the PPD production. It wasn't about cooling the EGR gases, but about heating the coolant water a bit quicker.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.
I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
