Below is a picture of the underbonnet fusebox with the main relay removed

Terminal 86 and Terminal 87 should be at 12v irrespective of ignition position.
Terminal 30 should have continuity to pin one of connector one on your ECU Yellow/red
Terminal 85 should have continuity to pin nine of connector one Black/Pink
Having looked at the diagrams, I'd be prepared to lay money that the connection between T85 and pin nine is open circuit.
