Yes, you need to order two, a 'kit' is only one washer for some reason.

Here's a video from my dash-cam of them in action.

Just to confirm it for everyone, the Ford part number for ONE mist-type jet are as follows:

1708797 - Heated
1708796 - Non-heated

So you will need to order TWO of whichever type you go for.
