Thanks pab – and I know it's easy for people with your expertise to “whip the doors off”, but although I repair computers for a living, so am not a complete idiot, I know nothing about how cars are put together, and much experience has taught me that for me, “easy jobs” can often end in tears.
What I was trying to say was – several people here have said that the “side to side” loom is present in most cars, so I probably won’t need to do that; so then I thought any additional wiring would just go from the door switch to the mirror on each side – am I wrong about that?
