While all the front's off your other list of jobs is:

1. Add second horn
2. Clean out washer bottle
3. Cover sharp edges where headlamp looms rest.
4. Cover & cable tie aircon pipe where it rubs on power steering pipe
5. Check fan & resistor if needed
6. Intake mod (optional)
7. Extend the wires to fan control box by 12" (optional see other thread)
8. If old 3 speed cooling fan done over 60k miles, think about renewing it!

There you have it. You've now made your CDTi that much more reliable for the future.

Newbies do now!!
1. Plenum drains..all 3 or 4 year dependent
2. Cooling fan..All speeds functioning
3. Bonnet cable divider block
