Here are the wire connections for the 10 pin plug that goes into the Alpine changer and alongside connections to the Blue mini ISO plug.

1 Yellow/black= audio R +ve = pin 14 Blue mini iso
2 Black/yellow = audioR - ve = pin 17 " " "
3 not used
4 not used
5 White/red/yellow K Bus = pin 19 " " "
6 Pink/black = audioL +ve = pin 13 " " "
7 Black/pink = audioL -ve = pin 16 " " "
8 Black = changer earth= pin 15 " " "
9 not used
10 Purple/pink = changer perm. feed = pin 20 Blue mini iso

and a link for the blue mini iso.

You could meter out the wires between the blue mini iso and the plug to the cd changer..
