Yes they are available Mike, however this is the easiest way to undo the bottom pulley bolt.

Attach your 22mm socket to a sliding tee bar, then lock it up against the ground or subframe.

Now operate the starter motor, and the bolt will be shocked free and wind out easily.

I have the correct tool to lock the flywheel, however I've yet to see the above method fail

But requires the starter motor to be removed to fit it
