Undo the 6 tiny setscrews, 3 each side of the unit, no need to remove the mounts, and jer-jiggle the top of the casing off the unit. I used a couple of tiny screwdrivers to release the tabs which locate the panel. Once inside, you see a large sprocket. Carefully turn this with your thumb, and it should wind the offending cd back into the cartridge. I'd test it before rebuilding it, just plug it back in, and watch all the cds going through their test sequence.
Then you do the Haynes bit, "reassembly is the reverse of the above".
