If your overhead picture is the scene at the time and the silver and the blue cars were as pictured she would not have a clear view until she was in the lane ie had come round the corner. I estimate the distance at which she has full view of your car as about 50 feet- if there were no cars it would be even more. You are moving away from her, so her speed looks to be excessive for her to not have slowed down and avoided the collision. A car park is an area where cars are turning, reversing and other actions and careful drivers take care and it is not sensible to drive at normal highway speeds- if Dutch car parks are anything like British I think you would have a shunt every day if you drove like Ms Ka.
