An insurance monkey might be hearing 'side airbag' = 'side impact': i.e. thinking you were pulling out and she hit the side of your car. Yes ofcourse i did.... I also sent them a lot of pictures.
As you can see she only hit my rear bumper and rear rim. But she didnt directly hit me from behind because my car was in a small angle. (like in the picture of my first post)
