Agree with all the advice, especially to get legal advice which the CAB should be able to help with.
How about a slightly different tack?
What do the local media - newspapers etc. say about this apparent wasting of highly valuable Public Funds (The Police & the CPS).
The cost to the public purse will already be way over £185.
Do you have a Police "tzar" or whatever they are called in your Local Authority.
What does your local councillor think of all this?
How about your MP?
