Its been 9 days since your post above and I have had no communication from you regarding the missing parcel. It has now been 4 weeks since I paid you for the item and 3 weeks since I first alerted you that I had not received it, and you told me the tracking details were on your kitchen table.
I have asked on more than one occasion for you to provide me with tracking details so that I can also chase up the parcel but you have not provided any.
I don’t know how this forum works, but I don’t understand how personal messages sent via the forum can go straight to your junk e mail folder.
Will you therefore please refund the £110 I paid you for the non delivered item
