That's grim when your stuck with neighbours like that Rod you have my full sympathy mate, we were lucky enough to get rid of our lousy neighbours from hell last year as he moved out.
He left that beautiful house & gardens in a right poor state from what it was, he was in the building trade & brought all the building spoil back home in the van & dumped it in the landscaped gardens.
What a sight.
I hope you can get the same result and he moves out.
