If you heard the control box relays operating then that proves that the PCB is OK. The fault must lie with the motor or its wiring. We can check this too: - Identify the centre relay, the one with the thick BLACK and GREY wires on it.
- Remove the connector with the two BLACK wires attached.
- Perform the next stage positively and quickly. Be prepared for some sparks. You don't need the ignition on.
- Briefly touch the removed connector with BLACK wires attached onto the GREY wire still connected to the relay. The motor should run at slow speed.
