Basically it means the car has had a bit of a hissy fit and requires a T4 to reconfigure and reset the ECUs. Happened with my V8 while Russ was trying to get it to speak to his T4.
Try resyncing the remote. Stand close to the car with the driver's door unlocked, press the lock button on the remote four times. Should lock on the fourth.
