Remove the jubilee clips holding the hoses to the catch tank, then remove the bolts holding the catch to the bracket, once off the car remove the cap and tip it out, wash out with a little petrol and then wipe it dry inside.
The black pipe if you can not find another simply use a stop nut on each fixing, maybe 8mm plastic plumbing pipe might do it?
