No question it seems way softer than the original, but I guess that could be down to the 14yr old one losing pliability, but even so, not impressed to be fair.
This is what happens when you are down to the last crumbs on old sheds like these in terms of parts supply. Eventually X-Part will stop altogether Id imagine, so its a case of beggars cant be choosers.
Still, on the bright side it was made in the EU, so I was happy with that.

Rubber compounds harden with age, if anything it will suffer stress cracking due to the plasticisers age.
it will be interesting to see how these mounts hold up over the next 12 months or so.
