Coolant Tank Level
How much coolant do you have in the header tank, is it only to the maximum mark, can you see the step in side the tank with a torch as here below, anymore than that and you stand a chance of there being no expansion therefore you will lose coolant through the cap, also make sure the cap is fully turned down, so much as you can no longer turn it.
