Condenser replaced yesterday and not too bad a job really. Today I'm on with changing the two pipes that go from the joint under the bonnet and pass into the plenum but I've had to take a risk as I forgot about the large O ring in the joint near the engine mount
Not sure of where I can get one today , I've smeared the old O ring with plenty of the Molykote and it seems a firm fit when pushed together so hopefully it seals okay. If not ,I'm sure it's the easier one to replace in situ .
Time to go back and fit the panels and mop up the spilt blood !
Just had a browse on 'tinternet' and I might be able to get a deal on Groupon for the air con regas.
PS Old pipe looks okay but peace of mind I suppose !
