Not quiet pain free.
Was hoping to leave the rear disc,caliper and upper suspension arm on subframe,but ended up stripping it all off,The 2 fittings that hold the rear shoes onto the backplate were pulled through their fixing holes and were locked onto the disc,managed to leaver the disc forward enough to get at the adjuster from behind and free the shoes,which then fell off.Put a deep 8mm socket over the handbrake cable,pulled up handbrake and then hit the socket to free cable from housing.Removed hub as the ABS sensor needed replacing (had to drill out)
