Do you guys know what the problem could be and how I could solve it?

Your car needs a service, change air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and oil and oil filter, add a good quality fuel conditioner ( Forte) then take the car for a good run after the engine has warmed up nicely, then have an emissions test carried out, that will give you a base line to start from, your problems appear to be emission related.
