So did the MIL come on when the repaired ECM was fitted back into the car? If so are you sure it was repaired and not replaced with a coded new ECM?

And does your car have a boost temperature sensor? It will be fitted into the large hose going from the intercooler to the inlet manifold.

Does the MIL light up as a self test when you turn the key to position II?

The reason for all the questions is that the later ECM, NNN500340, will light up the MIL if it detects an open circuit in the EGR solenoid circuit in an automatic car.
