It did rattle slightly before the disastrous engine incident, that why I changed the inlet manifold, I have to admit it wasn't much better after the change!
It ran fine this morning on the 25 mile drive to work, but it is in open countryside so you cannot hear the rattle, in town it seems worse. It might just be me, but something isn't right, I like things to be spot on!
