Just had a look on the Met office site & it's forecast for here too starting Sunday night & into Monday with yellow & amber warnings out
There are signs of thawing here, the snow on the lawns is slowly going but the service road out back & side streets are still packed solid ice.
I tried to wrap the electric cabling up from my old charger in the garage but it's still stiff as a pole.
The water butts on the greenhouses are still frozen
I think it was a waste of time trying to get a head start with some seedlings, they're toast & the compost they're in is frozen as hard as concrete despite putting them in polystyrene boxes wrapped in bubble wrap
Veggie soup & Smoked haddock with mash & broccoli for tea tonight.
