Today, neither of my keys would open central locking system of car.

I manage to manually open the car in the door lock with help of AA and the car turned her over fine, so not a battery issue.

All doors open and close with key in keylock. All the door's open and close via the centre consol button.

The AA advised I may need the keys reprogramming, however I don't know how to do this, but I believe it involves knowledge of the key bar code reader.

Where can I find this? I am the second owner of the car and have had ownership since 2007 but, I'm unsure in what document this info would appear?
