Another quick check is to remove the outlet pipe from the UBP where it enters the fuel filter and place it on a large jar. With key to position II you should get a good strong flow of fuel into the jar for 30 seconds or a minute depending on which ECM is fitted. Anything less and it points to a fueling fault.
Worrying that you have a receipt for an orange clip - if someone has been in the tank trying to fit it they could have caused a problem.
