there are a number of companies that make up hydraulic hoses from scratch using end fitting but new hose and crimps. Local in Ipswich is Eastern Hose wqho make up stuff for construction equipment but they also do the flexible hoses for heaters, water hoses etc. I havenet used them for R75 stuff but when renovating a 1978 Series 3 landrover they were magic.
