Much better job all together as you have complete control.
Secure folders is the way to go. Just remember nothing is totally secure.
I have all those facilities and many more on a friends web /ftp/mail server. Also FOC
I use the me.com stuff for ease of use for the non technically minded. (Most of my clients.
