OK This is a real pain of a job.
You need to remove the lower white plastic clip if you can, that usually enables you to open the door from the inside. Very fiddly job all done by feel. you have to prise the two plastic clips you can see outwards, this releases the top of the plastic clip and the metal bar it holds
Failing that:
Once you have the door card off as much as you can ( unable to remove it totally due to screw only accessable with door open.)then wind window down and remove inside window trim that goes along the bottom of the window.
Shine a torch into the door to the rear of the door handle and see the end of the clip that holds the external rear section of the handle in place. Flick the end of the clip to the rear of the door ( around 5 to 8 mm movement ) .
This enables you to simply pull off the rear chrome section of the door handle. this reveals two torx bits, remove these and the handle assy will then drop a little, the door should then open from the inside.
