it works!
it must join green and black wires (coming out of the head unit) to Blue / Purple and Blue / Orange wires after the connector behind the ashtray (as you see in the picture above)

I'll try to put this solution in "How to" section to ensure that those who pass by the Hiline to Head Unit know how.
