Only a new IPK can be set to read the "correct" mileage. If the donor IPK is second-hand it will read the "old" (donor) mileage - will still countup but will be registering and "error" internally.
"Mileage correction" people say that they can adjust the mileage but I have yet to hear a definite report that it can be done on the 75.
