It is do able in a day, having done it myself in the 190, more than happy to muck in with it as well.
Are you thinking of fitting it to your ZT or the pre-launch? What needs to be ensured is that all components are there with the correct loom for the car. Also, the tuners need to be tested and the sat nav drive otherwise you'll have no sound or nav.
