I ordered a pair of their clearance door cards for my MGF and one arrived with the wrong colour insert.
I sent them a polite e-mail and they immediately shipped me a replacement at their cost. And this is by UPS 2nd day air to Western Canada. That shipping cost them more than the value of my purchase.
That effort earned them a loyal customer!
