Day off and sunshine, so Is tripped the front end down to check the crankshaft pulley. Found bits of shredded rubber all over the place, intermittent turning of the aux belts when engine running. See here for vid:

Just ordered a new Corteco pulley from
https://www.island-4x4.co.uk/ and an oil filter for £128.50 delivered, a pretty decent price.
Also noticed that the top the drop link was leaking fluid of some sort from the top where my finger is, yet another thing to do
It's been on the list for a while as the new front wishbone bushes haven't completely solved the low speed front end knocking noises.
