Hi Nick.
You are in a world of pain at the moment no that part that opens the door from the out side as come adrift, not easy at all to replace, we had an owners at the last Nano meet have the same problem, door card off, glass out & even then it was still quite hard, I have added a few photo's below which may help you to visualise were the part goes before you refit it, that is if you have not done so already.
It is that little spring that gives you the most trouble if that as dislodge
