Hi, leaks can be anywhere, not just the HG. Inlet manifold gasket, water pump, stat, pipes etc. Did you bleed the system properly after refilling coolant?

Also, don't overfill the header tank, only needs to be level with the bottom of the fins as you look inside 😎
