Both my parents had labarynthitis, thankfully it never affected me. Its an inflammation of the nerve in the inner ear, affects balance etc. They used to describe it as a constant feeling of seasickness.

Got a letter today, an appointment for yet another ultrasound scan, whoop-dee-doo, been scanned more often than the Starship Enterprise
