Hi all,

I've been reading up on radios, dab, signals etc to solve a little thing I'm working on. Then I read that in most cases a rear-window aerial will have an amplifier.
The text would suggest that am/fm aerials such as ours will most often be fitted with an amplifier to boost the signal.

Does our car have that? Does our aerial have an amplifier? And how does the amplifier get powered?
