My Nav 2 and Nav 3 work great with the vehicles built in aerial`s (Nav2 in the tourer, Nav3 in saloon) without me having to do anything other than plug the lead in and turn the unit`s on. I also have the roof mounted Celsus connected to built in DAB, neither one interferes with the other.
