John, at least you and I and a few other members did our bit to support MG
Rover when they were trading.
The list price for my 75 in June 2004 was £24,500 and after a bit of haggling
paid £16,400. I thought at the time it was a bargain and was very happy with
the deal.
The Duotone option was only £750, considering that metalic paint was a £450
extra, the two tone finish only cost extra £300.
