Hi Andy, yes it was a bit noisy - i was aware of it when i bought the car but thought it was the ideal time to get it sorted whilst the slippy stuff is still kicking about.
All came undone quite well really apart from the statutory one pain in the backside bolt that caused a fair amount of bad language to be used
.
Took the opportunity to give the subframe a good wire brushing & a lick of paint as well whilst the diff is out of the way.
