Dear Davy,

I have only had the car for a couple of weeks, pumping up the tyres after I picked it up, as the nearside rear looked a bit flat.

Checking the tyres after looking at your post, the same tyre was down to 20psi or so.

That alone could probably account for the ABS tripping, so thank you for reminding me of the possibility.

So the wheel needs to come off at my much appreciated local tyre bods to clean the alloy rim etc.

Just to cheer up anybody reading this post, the tyre bods are known as Taffys Wheel and Tyre Service, or to use the acronym, NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-.

Thought that might get censored, but you can get the drift. They used to have a van with the name written in horizontal line with the capitals lined up vertically.

Puerile, but fun.
