I understand Sean is working to resolve any outstanding customer issues. For the time being we have removed his forum banner and closed his forum shop. This should give him some space to concentrate on dealing with current customers without having to contend with new orders on top.
He has not been banned or restricted from posting from our boards, and I hope and expect him to be on here as soon as he has dealt with those folk that have issues outstanding. It would appear the best way to contact him, is via his email address rather than via the PM system which is
