I looked at a Tazu and the pushrod was exceptionally smooth and light - I don't know what it would be like with fluid though.
In the end I decided against the Tazu, partly because of the horrible pipework route, although it would be easier to do without the scuttle, wiper gear and closing panels. Here's an LuK master pipe (blue label) running through the tricky bit, as seen with the RH and centre closing panels off.
