Just been doing this-
The flexible hoses are readily available (Thanks, DMGRS) but not the rigid pipes.
My car needed both front-to-rears and front offside.
I remade them in Cunifer, and the most awkward is the front offside. I imagine these were fitted on the production line when the engine bay was almost empty. I couldn't see any way of fitting the remade pipe in one piece as it runs behind several other bits of plumbing. In the end I made it in 2 pieces, with a junction placed where the MOT inspector can easily see and inspect it. I'll find out next week if the result is acceptable.
Front-to-rears can be removed intact and used as a template for length and shape.
Materials are not expensive, but it was time consuming in getting the pipe runs neat- just the sort of job a garage will charge a lot for in labour time.

It did make me glad I have the 1.8 engine though, as access to the pipes in the engine bay was good.
