They both (Ford/BMW) fit the holes in the bonnet perfectly.
Ford ones use smaller bore pipe work, so that needs modifying when fitting the Ford jets.
BMW use the same bore pipe work as the 75/ZT and are therefore an easier direct fit.
Performance is pretty much the same one you've got them fitted.
